Ingredients and Direction:
1. Put gelatin (15g) into 100ml hot water, whisk and soaked.
2. Put sugar (30g or according to taste) and 250ml milk into a cup and heat up in a Microwave oven. Do not allow the milk to boil.
 
Black sesame mousse
Mix with one tablespoon of Carwari Organic Black Tahini and one or two table spoons of milk. Whisk very well.
Mix 60 or 70ml of 1and 150ml of 2.
 
Pumpkin mousse
Put cooked and peeled pumpkin into a blender and make 150ml of pumpkin paste. Blend 1 table spoon of Carwari Organic Tahini.
Mix with remaining 1 and 2 into the pumpkin paste.

To make 2 layers of mousse, pour the 1st layer into cups, cover with plastic wrap and chill till firm. Then pour remaining mixture on top of the 1st layer then chill till firm again.
 
 
Ingredients and Direction:
Whisk 1 tbs of Carwari Organic Tahini, 1/2 tbs of sugar and 1 tbs of soy sauce until its smooth. Then pour 5 tbs of water and 1/2 tbs of vinegar little by little and mix each time to dissolve. Add Carwari Organic Roasted Sesame Oil or dashi powder or wasahi according to taste.
 
Noodle: Boil dried Organic Soba (buckwheat) noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.

Topping: Shred any vegetables your like (for example; cucumber, celery, tomato and carrot) and boiled prawns. (Instead of prawns, you can use boiled chicken or pork or drained canned tuna.)

Place the noodle on a plate and put the vegetables and the prawns on top. Pour the sauce just before serving. Sprinkle chopped shallots, shredded seaweeds and roasted sesame seeds.
 
 
Shiroae is Japanese traditional tofu dish. Traditionally, we grind whole sesame slowly to make paste for dressing but this recipe use tahini to save time and give more creamy texture.

Ingredients:

(Serves 4 to 5)
1 bunch English Spinach
1/2 (50g) Carrot
Half sheet Konnyaku
Aegoromo (Tofu and sesame dressing)
1/2 (150g) Silken Tofu
1 tbsp Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini
1 tbsp Carwari Organic Unhullled Tahini
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Miso Pinch of salt

Direction:
1. Wash the spinach and separate the stalks and leaves.
2. Place stalk of spinach in a sauce pan of boiling water and cook for 30 seconds, add the leaves and cook for 5 seconds, then drain and squeeze any excess liquid from spinach. Chop into bite size.
3. Shred the carrot and boil for 30 seconds. Slice the konnyaku and boil for 2 minutes and drain.
4. To make aegoromo, microwave the tofu for 1 minunte and cool down.
5. Place the tofu, Tahini, sugar, miso and salt in a food processor and process.
6. Place spinach, carrot, konnyaku and aegoromo, then toss well.

Ingredients and Direction:
Add water and lemon juice into Carwari Organic Tahini gradually and mix until creamy and add grated garlic, salt & pepper.
Rinse your favorite whitefish (fillets or whole fish) and rub with salt. Fry in the pan with olive oil and remove from the pan.
Fry sliced onion in the same pan until tender & golden.
Place the fish in a baking dish, and pour the fried sliced onion and the tahini sauce to coat evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes.

 
Ingredients and Direction:
Boil any vegetable you like such as asparagus, potato, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower or pumpkin and place them on a plate. Boiled eggs can be added if desired.

Ingredients:
(Black Sesame Paste Sauce)
Carwari Organic Black Tahini
Dashi Shoyu (dashi soy sauce) or Mentsuyu sauce

Salt & Pepper

Direction:
Pan-fry meet or vegetables of you choice, such as chicken tenderloin and shimeji mushrooms, and add garlic and / or chili, if desired. Toss with cooked pasta and the sauce.
 

Ingredients:
Carwari Organic Black Tahini 30g
Gelatin 10g (Soak it in 50ml of cold water)
Milk 400ml
Sugar 60g
Cream 100ml

Direction:

1. Boil 400ml of milk, add sugar and stir well.
2. Add soaked gelatin in the milk and mix well.
3. Add 30g black sesame paste and blend well, placing the bowl on top of ice water to cool down.
4. Add 100ml of soft whipped cream, and stir to blend. Cool down the above mixture before adding whipped cream.
5. Pour in cups and chill till firm.

 

Mix Carwari Organic Black Tahini with the equivalent amount of honey until smooth. Spread on a slice of bread.

Vanilla ice cream

Direction:

1. Add Carwari Organic Black Tahini to slightly melted vanilla ice ream and mix well.
2. Freeze till firm.
