Yuzu Miso Hummus (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Carwari White Miso matches nicely with chickpeas. No garlic is used on this hummus but it has a hint of spiciness with Yuzu flavour from Carwari Yuzu Kosho.


(Yuzu Miso Hummus)

1 can (425g can) Chickpeas - Drained

2 TBS Chickpea liquid

3 TBS Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini / Unhulled Tahini


Chive - chopped


  1. Put all Hummus ingredients in a food processor and process for a minute or so. (Adjust saltiness, spiciness and acidity with amount of Miso, Yuzu Kosho and Rice Vinegar.)

  2. Transfer the hummus to a serving plate. Drizzle Yuzu Kosho and Sesame oil. Sprinkle lightly toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives.
