Salmon Poké with Toasted Black Sesame Oil

2- 3 servings



200g of Sashimi Salmon Fillet 

1/4 of Cucumber

1 of Radish


For the Poké marinade:

4 teaspoons of Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

1.5 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Agave Nectar

1.5 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Toasted Black Sesame Oil

1/2 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning


For garnishing: 

1/2 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Toasted Black Sesame Oil 



1. To make the Poké marinade, add all of the Poké marinade ingredients in a bowl . Combine together and mix well.

2. Cut the salmon fillet into 1 cm cubes and place into the marinade mixture. 

3. Gently mix the salmon with the marinade sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a fridge to marinate for 1 hour. 

4. Serve the Salmon Poké on a plate with cut/sliced vegetables.

5. Garnish with Spicy Seasoning and drizzle Toasted Black Sesame Oil.
