Sesame Miso Lemon Dressing with Kale Salad

4 Tablespoons Carwari Miso Red

4 Tablespoons Carwari Extra Virgin Sesame Oil

4 Tablespoons Carwari Toasted Sesame Oil

4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1 clove Garlic, mashed

1-2 teaspoons Carwari White Sesame Seeds (Lightly roasted & Roughly Ground)

1 teaspoon Water

¼ teaspoon Carwari Agave Nectar (Optional)



3 or 4 stems of Kale, de-stemmed and torn into pieces

A handful of shredded Red Cabbage 

A handful of roughly chopped Walnuts

3 Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped into small pieces



1. Make the dressing. 

Combine Miso, 2 types of Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice and water in a bowl and whisk until well mixed. 

Add Garlic and Sesame seeds. If you prefer milder taste, add Agave Nectar. 

2. Pour the dressing over the kale salad. 


*This dressing can also be used as sauces for steamed chicken breast or white fish.
