200g -250g Sashimi Grade Tuna
3 Teapoons Carwari Tamari Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Carwari Agave Nectar
1 Teaspoon Carwari Spicy Seasoning
1-2 Tablespoons Carwari Sesame Seeds for crust
1 Tablespoon Carwari Extra Virgin Sesame Oil for pan frying
1 Mango – chopped into dices
1.5 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons Carwari Spicy Seasoning
2 Tablespoons torn Coriander leaves
1.Mix Tamari, Agave and Spicy Seasoning together. Soak a piece of tuna and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
2.Prepare the Mango Salsa. Mix all of the Mango Salsa ingredients well.
3. Place sesame seeds on a plate and press the marinated tuna into sesame seeds to coat. Turn over and coat the other side.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook tuna for 1 to 2 minutes each side.
5. Place sliced seared tuna on a plate with mango salsa and garnishes.
