15 balls of 3-4 cm diameter
100g Carwari Raw Cashew
100g Carwari Raw Almond
50g Carwari Sesame Flour Black
1 Tablespoon Carwari Coconut Oil
6 Medjool Dates - Pitted
A pinch of Salt
30g Desiccated Coconut for coating
1. Process cashews, almonds and dates in a food processor until finely chopped.
2. Add coconut oil, salt and sesame flour and process until well mixed.
3. Spread the desiccated coconut over a plate.
3. Roll into balls of your desired size and coat the balls lightly with desiccated coconut.
