1/4 cup Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini
120ml Soy Milk
A pinch of Sea Salt
1. Remove pits from the dates. (If you don't have high-speed blender, soak dates into water for 30 minutes.)
2. Put pitted dates, Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini, soy milk and sea salt into a high-speed blender and blend. Stop for a few times to scrape down the sides. Process further until it becomes smooth texture.
3. Transfer the sauce into a jar.
Spread the sauce on sliced breads or use as dipping sauce for fresh fruits.
