Yuzu flavoured Mulberry Matcha & Banana Pancakes (Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Caffeine-free)



6 to 8 pancakes


Ingredients

(Dry ingredients)

40g Carwari Organic Sesame Flour White

20g Corn Flour

30g Brown Rice Flour

1 teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda

1 Tablespoon Carwari Organic Mulberry Matcha

(Wet ingredients)

1 Ripe Banana (100g approx.), mashed

100ml Soy Milk or Plant based milk

1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Light

1 Tablespoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread


Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil for grease a pan

Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread and Yuzu Tofu Cream for topping



Instructions

  1. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and combine well.

  2. Place all wet ingredients into another bowl and whisk.

  3. Combine the dry mixture and wet mixture and whisk until just combined.

  4. Heat a large non-stick frying pan and grease it with Sesame Oil. Wipe excess oil with kitchen paper.

  5. Pour a tablespoon of batter and spread it out evenly. Cook around 3 minutes or until small bubble form on the surface of the pancake. Flip it and cook further 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

  6. Serve the pancakes with Tofu Cream and Yuzu Spread.
