Yuzu & Tofu Spicy Mayonnaise (Vegan)


150g Medium Firm Tofu - Lightly remove excess moisture with a few kitchen paper

1 Tbs Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Green

40ml Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

1-2 tsp Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread

2 Tbs Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Garlic powder


Add all of the ingredients to the jar for your stick blender. Turn the stick blender on and mix the mixture for 10-15 seconds or the mayonnaise starts to emulsify.

>If you prefer more tangy taste, use Carwari Organic Rice Vinegar instead of Brown Rice Vinegar.

>If you prefer less spicy, use less Yuzu Kosho and add Carwari Miso Paste or Sea Salt.
