Sesame Ginger Miso Soup (Vegan, Gluten- Free)




2 servings

Ingredients

200ml Soy Milk

300ml Water

70g approximately each of a few kinds of root vegetables (peeled & sliced) 50g Green beans (cut)

2 Brown mushrooms (sliced)

2 tsps Corn Flour & 1 TBS Water

Green onions - chopped


Method

1. Toast Carwari Organic Sesame Seeds. After it cool down and grind in a mortal. Set aside 1/3 of sesame seeds for garnish.

2. Put water and root vegetables into the pot. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Skim the scum a few times.

3. Add soy milk and heat it up then add Carwari Organic Ginger Paste.

4. Put Carwari Organic White Miso and hot soup from the pot into the mortal and mix together.

5. Pour the mixture into the pot and heat hot up for a couple of minutes.

6. Transfer the soup in serving bowl. Sprinkle chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. You can put more Carwari Organic Ginger Paste.
