Cold Avocado & Miso Soup (Dairy-free)

Carwari Organic White Dashi gives extra Umami an depth of flavour without changing colour of ingredients.

1/2 Avocado

120-150ml Soy Milk (or other plant based milk)

100ml Water


Spring onion - chopped


  1. Put Avocado, Carwari Organic Miso Paste, Carwari Organic White Dashi, soy milk and water into a jug.

  2. Blend with a stick blender.

  3. Chill it if you prefer to make it colder. Transfer into serving dish.

  4. Sprinkle chopped spring onion, Carwari Organic Tamari Pepitas and drizzle Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil.

  5. Add Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Green if you want to have a zesty spiciness.
