Ingredients
3 Apples
(for stuffing)
50g Walnuts
20g Raisins
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Chop walnuts.
For the apples cut out the stem with a paring knife and scoop out the core inside. Leave a little bit at the bottom.
To prepare stuffing, put Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini, Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread, Walnuts, Raisins and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Then combine well.
Fill the mixture into the apples until it is heaped.
Put water to cover the bottom of a casserole pot. Place the stuffed apples in the pot. Cover and steam-bake for in the preheated oven for 15-20minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for further 5 minutes.
Take out from the oven.
Smear Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread on each serving plate and put the baked apple. Drizzle Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini on top.
