Black Tahini, Walnuts & Dates Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-free)

25 small cookies


(Wet) 20ml Coconut Oil

(Wet) 50ml Soy Milk

(Dry) 50g Brown Rice Flour

(Dry) 40g Walnuts - Chopped

(Dry) 50g or 4-5 Dates - Pitted & Chopped

(Dry) 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Soda

(Dry) 1/4 tsp Sea Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

  2. Place Carwari Organic Black Tahini, Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Dark and other dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

  3. Add all of the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it between your hands. Then place on a baking tray lined with a parchment sheet. Repeat the process for the rest dough.

  5. Bake them in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, pulling the biscuits out just before they start to brown.

  6. Allow them to cool for 20−30 minutes.
