Spicy Yuzu Kosho Roasted Potatoes (Vegan & Gluten-free)

Ingredients

3 Potatoes (500-600g)

(for Marinade Sauce)

2 TBS Olive Oil

(for Glazing Sauce)

1:1:1 ratio of


Method

  1. Peel and cut potatoes

  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  3. Boiling potatoes until they are partially cooked (par-boiled).

  4. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade sauce. Mix Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red, Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce, Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Dark and Olive Oil in a small mixing bowl.

  5. Once the potatoes are par-boiled, drain them and give them a good shake.

  6. Transfer the potatoes in a large bowl and pour the marinade sauce over them and evenly coat the sauce.

  7. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchementpaper.

  8. Bake them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  9. Prepare the glazine sauce buy combining Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red, Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Suace and Carwari Organic Agave Nectar Dark in a 1:1:1 ratio.

  10. After 15 minutes, flip the potatoes and apply the glazing sauce, then bake for 5 minutes.

  11. Then, flip the potatoes again and brush the other side with glazing sauce. Bak for an additional 5 minutes.

  12. Take out from the oven and transfer to serving plate. Have them while hot!
