Wasabi Fried Avocado (Gluten-free & Plant-based)

Ingredients

2-3 Avocados (Peeled & Cut)

Corn Flour for coating

Vegetable Oil for deep frying


For "Fluffy Wasabi Salt", sift Carwari Organic Wasabi Powder and fine sea salt through a sieve.

Instructions

1. Add a teapsoon of water to Carwari Organic Wasabi Powder and mix until it forms a paste.

2. Mix Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce and wasabi paste in a small mixing bowl.

3. Start heating the vegetable oil.

4. Pour the wasabi mixture onto the avocado and gently coat the avocado with the sauce.

5. Cover the avocado with corn flour.

6. Once the oil reaches to 170-180 degrees deep fry the avocado until golden brown.

7. Place the fried avocado on a papwer towel to soak up excess oil.

8. Sprinkle with Wasabi Salt Powder and serve while hot.
