Miso & Vegetable Potage Soup

for 4 serves


300g approx. Pumpkin

200g approx. Cauliflower

100g approx. Carrot

3 to 4 Mushrooms

400ml Water

Carwari Organic Tamari Pepitas and chopped spring onions for topping


  1. Cut vegetables and place them with water and Cooking Sake in a sauce pan.

  2. Put a lid and cook over the medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables become soft.

  3. Skim the scum. Then turn off the heat and then add Brown Rice Miso.

  4. Puree the mixture with a stick blender.

  5. Divide the soup among bowls and place spring onions and Tamari Pepitas on top.
