Shio Koji Lemon Dressing (Vegan & Gluten-free)

Using "Shio Koji" (salted Koji) you can make umami-packed dressing so easily.

It's also perfect way to consume to get health benefit of Rice Koji such as probiotics.

1- 2 servings



1 TBS Shio Koji

(It is made from Carwari Organic Dried Rice Koji ,Sea Salt and water.

1 TBS Olive Oil

1/2 TBS Lemon Juice

Black Pepper


1 cup each of boiled/steamed Green Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower and some mini tomatoes


1. Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

2. Dress the vegetables with the dressing and transfer to serving plate.
