4 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Hulled Tahini
1 1/2 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Mulberry Matcha
2 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread
2 Large Ripe Bananas
100ml Soy Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed)
Line a freeze-proof container with cling film.
Blend all ingredients into a smooth and creamy consistency in a food processor or using a stick blender
Pour the whole mixture into the lined container. Freeze it for 5-6 hours or until fully firm.
Remove the semifreddo from the freezer 5 to 10 minutes before you are ready to serve it. Turn the container upside down and remove the semifreddo.
