Warm Miso Lentil Dip (Vegan, Gluten-free)

For 3-4 servings


150g Dried Split Lentil

1 & 1/2 cups Water

2 tsps Lemon Juice



  1. Rinse lentil. Put the lentil and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat and bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until the lentils are soft. (10-15 minutes). Stop heating. It's soft enough to mash with a wooden spoon.

  2. Add Extra Virgin Sesame Oil, Miso Powder and lemon juice and combine well.

  3. Transfer to serving plate. Drizzle more Extra Virgin Sesame Oil and sprinkle more Miso Powder. Splash lemon juice and serve with vegetable sticks.
