Yuzu Miso

This Yuzu Miso is easy to make and very delicious semi-sweet sauce with beautiful Yuzu scent.

It matches with many varieties of ingredient. It can be used for steamed or grilled vegetables, tofu, seafoods and meats.

Ingredients

1 Carwari Organic Miso Paste White/Red or Brown Rice Miso Red

1 Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread

1 Water

Method

Place all of the ingredients with the above ratio in a mixing bowl and combine well.

You can adjust the ratio depends on other ingredients you use.
