Sesame Miso Dressing with Kale Salad (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

(Dressing)

2 tsps Carwari Organic Miso Paste Red (or 1 TBS Carwari Organic Miso Powder Red & 1/2tsp water)

2 tsps Carwari Extra Virgin Sesame Oil

1 TBS Carwari Toasted Sesame Oil

1/4 Garlic Powder

1tsps Carwari White Sesame Seeds (Lightly roasted & Roughly Ground)

1/2 to 1 tsp Carwari Agave Nectar

(Salad)

3 or 4 stems of Kale, de-stemmed and torn into pieces

A handful of shredded Red Cabbage

A handful of roughly chopped Walnuts

3 Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped into small pieces

Method

1. Make the dressing. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.

2. Pour the dressing over the kale salad.

*This dressing can also be used as sauces for steamed chicken breast or white fish.
