Mexican Tacos


100g Cannelloni Beans

400g Kidney Beans

400g Chickpeas

1 Onion - chopped

2 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Chili

1 Teaspoon Cumin

1 Teaspoon Paprika

1 Can Tomatoes


1. Saute onion, garlic and spices.

2. Add cooked beans, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.

3. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes until the sauce just reduces.

Serve with tacos, lettuce, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, avocado, cheese and sour cream.
