10 slices (approximately 5cm x 5cm per piece)
150g Overripe Banana (2 medium sized bananas)
100g Medjool Dates - Pitted (5 - 6 dates)
40ml Soy Milk
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
A pinch of Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 160-170C. Lightly grease a mould with vegetable oil. (A silicon 6 cup mini loaf mould; each hole size is 10cm x 5cm is used for this recipe.)
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until evenly mixed.
Add batter to prepared mould and bake about 20 minutes or a toothpick inserted comes out with a little bit crumbs cling to it.
Let brownies cool before taking out from the mould and slicing.
