Black Tahini, Black Sesame Flour, Banana & Dates Brownies (Vegan, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)



10 slices (approximately 5cm x 5cm per piece)


Ingredients

150g Overripe Banana (2 medium sized bananas)

100g Medjool Dates - Pitted (5 - 6 dates)

40ml Soy Milk

1 teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

A pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160-170C. Lightly grease a mould with vegetable oil. (A silicon 6 cup mini loaf mould; each hole size is 10cm x 5cm is used for this recipe.)

  2. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until evenly mixed.

  3. Add batter to prepared mould and bake about 20 minutes or a toothpick inserted comes out with a little bit crumbs cling to it.

  4. Let brownies cool before taking out from the mould and slicing.
