Miso Kofuki-imo -Japanese Powdered Potato- (Vegan, Gluten-free)

For 2 servings


2 Potatoes

Water for cooking potato


Chopped green onion


  1. Put peeled and chopped potatoes in a pan with just enough water to cover. Bring the water to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are desired tenderness.

  2. Drain and put the cooked potatoes back in the pan on low heat.

  3. Stir and cook until no liquid remains. Remove from heat once the potato pieces have powders on surface.

  4. Add Miso Powder and coat.

  5. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle more Carwari Organic Miso Powder Red and chopped green onion.
