Dried udon noodle 90g - cook according to the package instruction and drain
(Soup)
1 1/2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Mirin
A sachet of Miso Paste of Carwari Organic Instant Miso Soup
300ml hot water
(Garnish)
A sachet of Dried Ingredients of Carwari Organic Instant Miso Soup
Blanched Spinach Leaves
Blanched Shimeji Mushrooms
Instructions
Cook the udon according to the package instruction and drain.
Prepare soup. Place all of the soup ingredients into a sauce jug and stir well.
Place the cooked udon noodle and the blanched vegetables and pour the sauce. Sprinkle the dried ingredients of Organic Miso Soup.
