Sweet Soy & Sesame Sauce with Spinach (Vegan & Gluten-free)

"Ama Koji" (Sweet Koji) has very gentle sweetness. Use "Ama-koji" as sweetener instead of sugar when you make your own sauce or dressing

1- 2 servings



2 TBS Ama Koji

(It is made from Carwari Organic Dried Rice Koji ,and water.


1 bunch of Spinach - Washed and blanched, trimmed stem.


1. Toast Carwari Organic Unhulled Sesame Seeds over low heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes and grind in a mortal.

2. Add "Ama Koji" and Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce and mix well.

3. Dress the blanched spinach with the sauce and transfer to serving plate.
