Spicy Mirin Chicken Wings

3-4 servings as nibbles


500g Chicken Wing

2 TBS Water

1 or 2 tsps Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil for pan frying




  1. Coat chicken wings with Sesame Dipping Sauce (both or flakes and oils) in a mixing bowl.

  2. Heat a pan over high heat and add Extra Virgin Sesame Oil. Add the chicken wings and pour Mirin and water. Put a lid and steam-cook for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken wings are cooked. Then stop the heat.

  3. Place the chicken wings on a serving plate and drizzle Sesame Dipping Sauce - Toasted Sesame Oil and sprinkle Sesame Dipping Sauce - Crunchy Flakes and chives.
