2 Medium Zucchini
1/2 cup Green Split Peas & 1 and 1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons Carwari Organic White Sesame Flour
2 Tablespoons Potato Starch
2 Tablespoons Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Chive, chopped
Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil or Olive Oil for pan frying
Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning and chopped parsley and chives for garnish
Vegan Cashew Cheese Sauce for the topping
Cook green peas according to instructions on packaging. (Usually takes 35 minutes.)
Grate 2 zucchinis. Then squeeze as much water as possible out of the grated zucchini.
Add cooked green peas and all other ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir together.
Form fritter shapes. Heat the frying pan and put the oil and flattening the fritters down on the frying pan. Cook them 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden.
Place then on a serving plate, place the vegan cheese style cashew cream on top and garnish with Japanese Spicy Seasoning and the herbs.
