Vegan Mulberry Matcha, Lime & Cherry Coconut Slice


For 8 - 10 Slices


Ingredients

50ml Organic Coconut Oil

1 cup Rolled Oats

2 teaspoons Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed)

Lime zest

1 cup Frozen Cherries


Instructions

1. Put Tahini, Agave Nectar and Coconut Oil into a large bowl.

2. Add all other ingredients except Frozen Cherries and combine.

3. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin with grease-proof paper and put frozen cherries into the mixture randomly. Make the surface smooth with a spatula.

4. Chill in the freezer for a couple of hours.
