Walnut Black Tahini & Miso Sauce with Green Vegetables (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

1 bunch of Broccolini

A handful Walnut - Lightly toasted and chop roughly

(Walnut Black Tahini & Miso Sauce)

1 & 1/2 Tablespoons of Carwari Organic Walnut Black Tahini

2 teaspoons of Carwari Organic Red Miso Paste

2 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

2-3 teaspoons of Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon of Carwari Organic Agave Nectar

3 teaspoons of Water

Directions

1. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil and put a pinch of salt.

2. Add broccolini and cook until bright green, 1-2 minutes, and drain immediately.

3. Prepare the sauce. Mix well all of the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

4. Place boiled broccolini on a serving plate and pour the sauce and sprinkle walnut.
