It is free from refined sugar and easy-to-make summer dessert. Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread sweetens the jelly and also gives a beautiful Yuzu flavour with fresh scent.
1/2 to 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder*
Fresh Fruits (Strawberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Orange etc) - cut
*Please adjust amount according to the instruction of agar-agar powder and your texture preference.
Place agar-agar powder in a small sauce pan and add water.
Stirring the mixture occasionally and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once the mixture is boiled, simmer further a couple of minutes over low heat.
Add Carwari Agave Nectar Light and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat.
Add Carwari Yuzu Spread and stir quickly to dissolve. Let it cool slightly.
Meanwhile, place cut fruits in a mold.
Transfer the jelly mixture to a jug and pour over the fruits filled mold. Let it cool for 10 minutes or so. Then chill it for a few hours in a fridge.
Just before serving, take it our from the fridge and take each jelly our from the mold. (Use a knife or pallet knife to very gently loosen the sides.)
