Yuzu Miso Dressing with Red Cabbage and Apple Salad (Vegan, Gluten-free)

1 tsp Carwari Organic Miso Paste White

1 tsp Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread

3 TBS Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil

1 TBS Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

(Salad)

150g Shredded Red Cabbage

50g Thinly Sliced Apple

3 or 4 Radish - thinly sliced


(Topping)

Carwari Organic Tamari Pepitas

Coriander leaves

Method

1. Make the dressing. Put all ingredients in a clean jar and shake.

2. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle Tamari pepitas and coriander leaves.
