300g Tofu -medium hard
(Yuzu Miso Sauce)
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Miso Paste White
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread
2 teaspoons Carwari Organic Cooking Sake
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Water
1. Pat dry a Tofu with paper towel. Then wrap the tofu in paper towel and microwave with medium heat for 2 minutes to remove excess water. Cut into 3 long portions.
2. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
3. Pour the sauce over the tofu and then grill it in oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until miso sauce start change its colour to dark brown.
4. Transfer to the serving plate and garnish with boiled green vegetables and Carwari Black Sesame Seeds. Serve it immediately.
*It is soft type of Yuzu Miso Tofu and recommend to eat while it is hot.
