Ingredients
(Fritters)
500g grated Zucchini
100g Chickpea Flour
½ tablespoon Carwari Organic Hulled White Tahini
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin Seed
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Olive oil
Flat leaf parsley & Lemon as garnish
(A) – Egg substitute
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Chia Seed
2 tablespoons water
(Tahini & Lemon Sauce)
2 tablespoons Carwari Organic Hulled White Tahini
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoon Water
1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
(Fritters)
1.Mix (A) into a large bowl and leave around 15 minutes to form a gel.
2.Put all the other fritter ingredients for the fritter into (1) and mix until everything is well blended.
3.Heat Olive oil in a pan. Scoop a tablespoon of batter for each fritter. Cook for around 3 minutes per side or until golden.
(Tahini & Lemon Sauce)
-Mix the tahini, lemon juice, water and minced garlic and add salt to taste.
