Spicy Tofu Poke Bowl

1 serving


150g Hard Tofu - cut into 1cm cubes

1 serve of Cooked Rice (Carwari Organic Brown Rice)

(Poke Marinade)

1 Teaspoon Carwari Spicy Seasoning

3 Teaspoons Carwari Toasted Sesame Oil

1 Teaspoon Carwari Tamari Soy Sauce


Vegetables - Raddish, Edamame, Pea Sprouts

Japanese Style Pickled Ginger (Gari)

Nori Seaweed


Carwari Tamari Soy Sauce


1. Make Tofu Poke. Put all of the Poke Marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add the tofu cubes and coat them with the marinade well and put it aside for 15 minutes.

2. Place cooked rice on a serving bowl then put the Tofu Poke and garnish with vegetables, ginger pickles and nori seaweed. You can sprinkle 1 or 2 teaspoons of the liquid from the ginger pickle if you like refreshing taste.

3. Serve with Tamari soy sauce.
