200g-230g Chicken breast (Boneless, Skinless)
1/2 Tablespoon Carwari Cooking Sake
(Sauce for serving)
1 Teaspoon Carwari Rice Vinegar
1-2 Teaspoon Carwari White Dashi
1 Teaspoon Carwari Mirin
1 Teaspoon Carwari Yuzu Kosho Green
1-2 Tablespoon Cooking liquid from the poached chicken breast
2-3 leaves Chinese Cabbage Wombok - Steamed or boiled
1. Put the chicken into a microwave-safe plate. Pour Drizzle Cooking Sake and cover with plastic wrap. Make a small vent on one side of the plate. Microwave on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until almost cooked. Let stand covered for 10 minutes.
2. Make the sauce. Combine all of the sauce ingredients.
3. Slice the chicken and serve with the sauce, the vegetable and extra amount of Yuzu Kosho.
*if you don't serve with steamed/boiled vegetable, we recommend you to use less White Dashi otherwise it might be salty.
