Roasted Spicy Tamari Cauliflower (Gluten-Free, Vegan)





For serving of 1 main or 2 sides


Ingredients

350g Cauliflower - cut into florets (Marinade mixture)

1-2 TBS Carwari Organic Tamari

1 TBS Carwari Organic Sesame Dipping Sauce-Crunchy Flakes

2 TBS Carwari Organic Sesame Dipping Sauce-Toasted Sesame Oil

1/2 TBS Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 fan forced. Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Put cauliflower florets and the marinade mixture in a large bowl and toss and coat cauliflower well.

  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking paper lined oven tray. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes or until it becomes soft and golden.

  4. Place the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate or place on Yuzu Miso Hummus.
