350g Cauliflower - cut into florets (Marinade mixture)
1-2 TBS Carwari Organic Tamari
Preheat oven to 200 fan forced. Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Put cauliflower florets and the marinade mixture in a large bowl and toss and coat cauliflower well.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking paper lined oven tray. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes or until it becomes soft and golden.
Place the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate or place on Yuzu Miso Hummus.
