Rocket, Black Plum and Walnut Salad with Yuzu Dressing (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

(Yuzu Dressing)

2 tsps Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread

1/4 tsp Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red

3 tsps Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

1 TBS Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil


150-200g Baby Rocket Leaves

2-4 Black Plums - pit and cut into wedges

1/2 cup Walnuts


Instruction

  1. Toast walnuts lightly in a frying pan. Let them cool.

  2. (Yuzu Dressing) Put all of the dressing ingredients in a clean jar. Close the jar with a lid and shake for 10 seconds.

  3. Put rocket leaves and the dressing in a mixing bowl. Toast and coat the leaves with dressing.

  4. Place the dressed leaves in a serving bowl and add black plums and sprinkle walnuts. Drizzle the Yuzu dressing over the salad.
