Sesame Ponzu with Vegetables & Bean Thread Noodle Salad (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

(Sesame Ponzu Dressing)

1 TBS Carwari Organic Sesame Seeds White Unulled - Toasted

1 TBS Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

2-3 TBS Carwari Organic Tamari

2 TBS Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

1/4 tsp Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red

1/2 tsp Minced Garlic (Optional)

80 to 100ml Water


(Noodle)

2 serves of Dried Green Bean thread noodle - Soak in hot water fo 15 minutes and drain


(Vegetables)

Fresh sliced vegetables such as Tomato, Cucumber, Radish etc.


(Garnish)

Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

Carwari Organic Unhulled Sesame Seeds - Toasted and lightly ground

Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Green / Red

Coriander Leaves


Instruction

  1. (Sesame Ponzu Dressing) Toast Unhulled Sesame Seeds in a pan. After cool down grind the seeds. Add Tamari, Brown Rice Vinegar, Yuzu Kosho Red, Toasted Sesame Oil and garlic. Then Stir.

  2. Place sliced vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Add the dressing over the vegetables.

  3. Add prepared green bean thread noodles. Coat the noodles with the dressing.

  4. At serving sprinkle toasted Sesame Seeds, drizzle Toasted Sesame Oil and garnish with coriander leaves. Put Yuzu Kosho Red if you want to add more spiciness.
