Spicy Sautéed Kale & Chickpeas with Yuzu Tahini Sauce (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

1 to 2 cups kale - tough stems removed and tear by hand

1 can chickpeas (425g can), drained

1 Tablespoon Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning

1 Tablespoon Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil (for sautéing)

(Yuzu Tahini Sauce)

1/4 cup Carwari Organic Hulled Tahihi

1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Green

1/2 teaspoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread

1/2 teaspoon Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar


Instructions

1. Prepare the sauce. Mix all of the sauce ingredients and mix until well combined.

2. In a large fry pan heat the oil over high heat. Add kale and season with Spicy Seasoning and immediately after add the drained chickpeas. Sauté until the chickpeas are heated through, about a few minutes. Remove from the heat and place on a serving plate. Drizzle the Yuzu Tahini Sauce on top and sprinkle extra amount of Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning. Serve immediately.
