Tofu & White Dashi Hotpot with Yuzu Kosho

(Hotpot for 1 serving)


200ml Water

50g Tofu

100g Wombok - cut into bite size

50g Enoki - Remove woody stem and separate

50g Carrot - Slice with a peeler

50g Spring Onion - Cut into 5cm length

(Ponzu & Sesame Oil Sauce)




  1. Boil water in a pot and add White Dashi.

  2. Add all vegetables and Tofu. Place a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  4. For the hotpot, stop heating once all vegetables are soften.

  5. Serve hot with the sauce and more Yuzu Kosho Green.
