(Hotpot for 1 serving)
1&1/2 Tbs Carwari Organic White Dashi
100g Wombok - cut into bite size
50g Enoki - Remove woody stem and separate
50g Carrot - Slice with a peeler
50g Spring Onion - Cut into 5cm length
(Ponzu & Sesame Oil Sauce)
2 parts of Carwari Organic Tamari
1 to 2 parts of Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar
1 parts of Carwari Organic Mirin
1 to 2 parts of Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
1 parts of Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Green
Boil water in a pot and add White Dashi.
Add all vegetables and Tofu. Place a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
For the hotpot, stop heating once all vegetables are soften.
Serve hot with the sauce and more Yuzu Kosho Green.
