Watermelon - cut into 10 bite sizes
5 Cherry Bocconcini - cut in half
(Spicy Yuzu sauce)
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho Red
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic White Dashi
2 teaspoons Oilve Oil
1-2 teaspoons Lime Juice - Freshly squeezed
Put all of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
Place the bite sized watermelon and bocconcini on a serving plate and drizzle the sauce.
Sprinkle lime zest.
