Yuzu Kosho Dressing with Green leaves and Pear Salad (Vegan, Gluten-free)

2 servings




2 cups Green leaves - Rocket leaves or Kale (Kale: Remove stem, blanch and pat dry well with paper towel)

1/2 Pear - Sliced



1. Make the dressing. Put all ingredients in a clean jar and shake.

2. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle Maple Walnuts.
