Seared Tuna Salad with Yuzu Kosho Ponzu Dressing

2 servings


250g Tuna - Seared both side and sliced

1/4 Onion - sliced thinly, soaked in cold water and drained

Salad leaves


20ml Carwari Organic White Dashi

10ml Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

10ml Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

20ml Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

1/2 teaspoon Carwari Yuzu Kosho Red


Carwari Organic Hulled Sesame Seeds - Lightly toasted


  1. Cook tuna and prepare for the vegetables.

  2. Make the dressing. Mix all of the dressing ingredients and stir well.

  3. Place the sliced tuna and the vegetables on a serving plate and pour the dressing. Garnish with the sesame seeds.
