1 can (425g can) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 to 1 bunch Broccolini (cut into 3cm length)
3 to 4 Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning
Heat a large skillet or wok over hight heat and put the sesame oil. Add mushrooms, broccolini and cool for 3 minutes or until the broccolini are tender but still crisp.
Stir in the chickpeas add the spicy seasoning and cook until heated through.(Do not let the chickpeas get mushy.)
Drizzle Tamari over and stir and coat evenly.
Sprinkle more Carwari Japanese Spicy Seasonings on top and serve.
*You can add Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil for more flavour.
