Quick & Easy Cannellini Bean Salad (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients

1 can Cannellini Beans (No added salt) -Drained & Rinsed

1/2 Cucumber

2 Roma Tomatoes

1 cup Blanched Kale

1 to 2 cups Fresh Parsley & Mint

2-3 tsps Carwari Organic Japanese Spicy Seasoning

2 TBS Carwari Organic Extra Virgin Sesame Oil

1 TBS Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

Method

1. Put Cannellini beans and chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add Japanese Spicy Seasoning, Brown Rice Vinegar, Extra Virgin Sesame Oil and chopped fresh herbs. Mix and dress.

3. Transfer to serving plate. Sprinkle Japanese Spicy Seasoning and Tamari Pepitas.
