Tahini & Tamari Sauce with vegetables


Serves: 1 (2 as a side dish)

Ingredients for Tahini & Tamari Sauce

2 tbsp Carwari Organic Hulled White Tahini

1 tbsp Carwari Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

1.5 tbsp Carwari Organic Toasted Sesame Oil

1.5 tbsp Carwari Organic Rice Vinegar

1 tbsp Carwari Japanese Spicy Seasoning

1/4 tbsp Carwari Agave Nectar

1 1/2 tbsp Water (adjust according to your preferred thickness & taste)

Instruction

-Tahini & other liquid ingredients; Tamari Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Agave Nectar and Water first.

-Then add Sesame Oil and Spicy Seasoning.

-Mix together shredded cabbage, thinly sliced cucumber and radish. Add tofu or your preferred meat or fish. Then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. on top.

-Pour the sauce just before eating.
