This is any east to make and very rich vegan dessert.
It will melt in your mouth!
Makes 12 small cupcake-sized cups
2/5 cup (100ml) of Carwari Black Tahini
1/3 cup (approx. 75ml) of Carwari Coconut Oil - melted
1/3 cup (approx. 75ml) of Carwari Agave Nectar
A pinch of sea salt
Sea salt or sliced fig for decoration
-Mix all of the ingredients until well-blended.
-Place the paper cups into a little muffin tray and pour the mixture into the cups.
-Place the tray into the freezer for 5 minutes.
-Take out the tray from the freezer and sprinkle sea salt or place a slice of fig on top.
-Place the tray back into the freezer and freeze it at least 1 hour.
*Adjust the amount of Tahini and Agave depending on your preference for sweetness.
*Keep the Slated Black Tahini Cups in a sealed container in the freezer: it will start melting once remove from the freezer.
*You may also include dried fruits paste or nuts inside and feel free to decorate with dried fruits, nuts, frozen fruits as you wish.
