Sesame, Banana and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 Tablespoon Carwari Sesame Flour White 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

150-200g Frozen Mango cubes

200ml Water

Lemon Juice from a half of lemon

Method

1. Place al of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Adjust the taste with freshly squeezed lemon juice and blend well.
