1/2 Tablespoon Carwari Sesame Flour Black

40g Medjool Dates (2 pitted Medjool Dates)

1 Banana

2 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder (100% Cocoa)

200ml Water

170g Ice cubes


1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
